When it comes to planning, your dedicated Event Manager is on hand to support you from booking right through to event day, making it easy for you to get everything right - from the menus to the technology. Hilton Queenstown has developed a range of exciting meeting and event options that you can select to create your own unique experience. These include the Arrival Experience that delivers delegates from Queenstown Airport to the Kawarau Village Jetty by jet boat, a series of Recharge & Relax experiences including tea-break visits from the eforea Angels for a short pampering treatment, Sip & Savour experiences that take full advantage of Kawarau Village’s restaurants and Queenstown’s world renowned food and wine, and Action & Adventure experiences that include the spectacular Golf by Water – jet boat transfers between Hilton Queenstown and Queenstown Golf Course.

The hotel offers seven flexible pillarless meeting suites, impressive pre-function areas and indoor and outdoor breakout spaces. With wireless internet connectivity throughout the hotel and a fully equipped Connectivity Centre, staying connected is easy. 

Remarkables Room
Accommodating up to 240 people, this 1st Floor contemporary venue is designed for flexibility and can be split into two rooms if required. Plenty of pre-function space makes it perfect for conferences and dinners. Facilities include two data projector screens, a PA sound system and multiple data points.

Coronet Room
Floor-to-ceiling windows and an 80m2 outdoor deck creates a stunning backdrop for banquets, weddings and other memorable occasions. Accommodating up to 140 people, this 3rd Floor room can be divided into two according to your requirements.  

Cardrona Room
Offering natural light in a completely private space, this 1st Floor meeting room features a board table for up to 12 delegates, ideal for smaller meetings.

The Lakeside Boardroom
This stylish room is perfect for executive meetings, holding up to 14 delegates around the board table. Features include a private lounge area with fireplace, a kitchen and an outdoor deck with spectacular lake views.

Milford Room
Located at DoubleTree by Hilton Queenstown, the pillarless room with in-built AV and a dedicated pre-function space is ideal for presentations, executive meetings and dinners.

Connectivity Centre
Open 24 hours, 7 days a week, and provides complimentary high speed internet access. Secretarial services are available on request at an additional charge.

The room minimum must be met in conjunction with one booking; no combination of bookings is permitted.  Benefits are awarded only when a contract is executed and all deposit and payment terms are met. If the event occurs at a lesser or higher value than booked, only the actualized value will be considered to determine the number of benefits to be awarded. Benefits must be used during the contracted event and must be allocated to a member of the group by the Booker.

The terms of this offer shall not be interpreted to modify the terms of the Contract.  Only the Event Planner is eligible to earn Points and Miles and the Event Bonus.  Earning of Points and Miles will only be awarded as specified in the contract and in conjunction with all other Event Bonus Program terms and conditions.  Hilton HHonors Event Bonus is awarded at the discretion of the hotel.  Event Bonus may not be awarded on all events.  Event Bonus Points are awarded after completion of the event, checkout of the group and final bill settlement.

Hilton HHonors Event Planner Bonus Points

Double HHonors Event Planner Points is applicable when the Event planner opts for “Earning Option 2” (earn 1.5 HHonors Bonus Points with every US$1 spent, up to 100,000 points) as outlined on If the Event Planner books an event for 80 room nights or more, and over Group Value Date periods (as defined on respective hotel’s webpage), the Event Planner is also entitled to receive 125,000 HHonors Event Planner Bonus Points. To receive HHonors Event Planner Bonus Points, the Event Planner must fully complete and submit the Meeting Planner Bonus Acknowledgement Form, which requires the Event Planner’s name and details about the Event. The Event Planner identified in the Meeting Planner Bonus Acknowledgement Form is the only person entitled to receive the Event Planner Bonus Points. Points will be deposited into Event Planner’s HHonors account 6-8 weeks after completion of and full payment for event, and verification of entitlement to points.
